We want to make sure that you are happy with your shopping choices. Whether you received a defective product, a mistake was made in your order or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a replacement. More specifically :
If after receiving the product you find that you are not satisfied, it is possible to replace the product or change it with other products up to the amount of the price you have paid or a higher price if you wish. In this case, the recipient bears the costs of the return.
In the event of a return of ascertained defective products or a return due to an error in the order, the store undertakes their immediate replacement with the same code. If the same code runs out, you can choose any other product or products of the same value. Shipping costs in the above case are borne by the Enleukoiko store.
Please note that returns on the following products are not accepted.
Sleep products such as:
pillows, mattresses and blankets.
You have the right to return or exchange the products you purchased within 10 days from the day you received the products.
In case of replacement or change, the products must necessarily be accompanied by the standard proof of purchase or invoice.
For all the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition received by the customer, complete, undamaged, unwashed and their packaging must be the one that normally accompanies the products and must be in excellent condition (necessary condition of return that the labels of each package have not been removed).

Via courier
Package the product so that it is protected during shipping.
Send the package to the address of the Enleukoiko store, through the courier agency from which you received your order, with the indication for return.
Cancellation of your order is only possible if the product has not been sent to the customer.
